Embracing the spirit of Italy’s “Super Tuscan” wines, master blenders Bob & Lauren Bullock chose to add the Yakima Valley Merlot (10%) to round out the brilliant Sangiovese (80%) from the Wahluke Slope and Syrah (10%) from Frenchman Hill’s, that adds spice with a velvet glove. This wine will lead you elegantly along a delicious palate of finely crafted flavors of red and black berries, white pepper, fall spice and plums. This wine is a pleasure to drink either by itself or when served with Italian fare such as pasta with red sauces or hearty cheeses. Perfect now through 2014.
